Fun making this card! I have friends in CA I haven't seen in two years. We do talk by phone at least twice a month or more. All three have saved the cards I have sent them over the years. My one friend that moved from Silicon Valley to Cameron Park near Sacramento, moved a box of cards I sent her son for three years, two cards every week. Unfortunately, he died of Hodgkins Lymphoma. She refused to throw the cards out and packed them up when they moved.
The card says âe~When the wind stops, you smell the fragrance of the orchid.'
Great challenge.

I am sure your friends love all the cards you sent. How wonderful they save them and now this is another pretty one for them to treasure.

Lovely Asian feel to this with that great stamp and the charm. And what a really lovely sentiment. Thanks for sharing the backstory of your friend - how special that she kept all those cards that you had sent her son.
