Masked the center of the white card base and used the Heartfelt Creations snow stamp for the center of the masked card base. Used white embossing powder for the snow flakes and then sponged red over the masked center.
Stamped the sentiment and popped up on dimensionals.
Finished off with clear gems.

My first glance thought this was frosty vellum, but how delicate your sponging makes it look. Extra cookies for including those round red drops! Thanks for playing in my challenge.
