I used a sheet of 12x12" double-sided patterned paper from my stash for the inside pocket of my purse. I figured, since I had to cut it into 2 pieces, I may as well make 2 purses. I made the main piece from green cardstock for one and burgundy for the other. The holly patterned paper on the front of the burgundy purse is from "Old World Winter" & the floral one on the green is from "Cozy Christmas."
I used kraft cardstock for the flaps & "clasps." I cut the clasps with a label die, scored them in half, folded them, & added them to the flaps. For the poinsettia embellishments, I pulled out 2 that I'd made some years ago with shrink plastic. I used Ranger Multi Medium Matte to glue them on. I used a cream twill ribbon for the straps. These were really easy to put together. I haven't made the inside "greeting" cards yet, but will. I am glad to have 2 packages to present gift cards in--always a hard thing to find!
