This is my card for CC765. Stef is our hostess and she chose garden green, cherry cobbler and pear pizzazz as her color trio. Dessert Option is to add a metallic. I love metallic on cards but itâs a bit difficult for me to get a good photo.
For my sample, I decided to go with Christmas since I need to keep building up my supply. I kept my design simple and worked it around the designer paper and the sentiment. The designer paper is from the Stampin'-Up "joyous noel specialty" collection. The copper metallic on this paper is so pretty. I added a copper foil layering panel and then the card base is cherry cobbler.
The sentiment is from the PaperTrey Ink "O Holy Night" stamp set and is stamped in cherry cobbler ink.
I added some sprigs of greenery around the circle in garden green and pear pizzazz cardstocks. The trumpeting angels are dies from CottageCutz.
Thatâs my sample for this week. Hope you have time to join in with us this week. If you havenât started yet on your Christmas cards, these colors are perfect.

Getting good photos of metallics is so time consuming and downright difficult! Your copper is gorgeous, Mary, and your card is lovely........a treat for whoever receives it!!
