I call these tags âeoeTagged with Loveâe because I put a lot of love into these tags. They took me days! I don't tend to make my own gift tags, because they WILL get thrown away much much quicker than a card. But Lori has challenged us to make six gift tags and so here I am. But darnit, if I am going to make gift tags, I'm going to make good ones. I decided to use these Gerda Steiner digi tags because I haven't used them yet. I printed the six and had my ScanNCut cut them out. Then I changed to kraft paper and had the ScanNCut cut the tags again. So they all have a nice kraft backing. Actually I printed them again so I could fussy cut and pop up the snowman and Santa's hands. Then I printed them again on glossy cardstock, so I could pop up the âeoeto/fromâe part in glossy paper. I finished them with embellishment of Stickles, puffy snow marker, and white Enamel Accents, which is what makes these tags my card for Vickie's challenge to the Cardmakers of Faith. Vickie challenged us to use non-paper embellishments on our cards this month (also the thread). I had to wait for all that to dry and this morning I used two different size hole punches to make reinforcer circles and then threaded the embroidery floss through the small holes using a needle threading tool. Now I have about six weeks to decide who I like enough to give these tags to.
