This is what I came up with for Rhys. I don't really do Halloween, and the very few stamps I have are more on the cute side. But I thought a Flip Flap Card with a joke might work.
For the main front, I used a very old Fiskars texture plate, inked up with Hickory Smoke DOX and embossed it. For the wall panel, I embossed a piece of white card with the TE brick wall and sponged iwth Fired Brick. I never in my wildest dreams ever thought I'd use the smallest Spellbinders oval, but it gave me the spider body, and I think I used a TH Funky Foliage die for the legs, trimming them. The mouth is a scrap from the envelope punch board.
Because of the front panel being embossed, I backed it with plain white card, and added the second part of my sentiment.
The mummy was simply made by wrapping masking tape across the piece of card, and tucking the eyes in at a suitable juncture. I came across some cards like this when I looked for "mummy" in the gallery search. Some of them referenced a VSN challenge, but I couldn't find anything in the VSN archives.
Why do mummies make such good spies? They're good at keeping things....
The final punchline of the joke is on the inside, and reads "under wraps". There are some brilliant mummy jokes out there!

Love the mummy joke and the delayed punchline! Your mummy came out awesome! The spider and web front is also awesome. I think Rhys is going to have such fun pulling that tab over and over to experience the magic of this fun card!

Oh my gosh Sabrina- what a super fun card this is! I love the brick wall with the spider and the riddle, then the mummy on the inside with the answer to the riddle. I know Rhys is going to flip when he receives this fabulous Halloween card from you. I love everything about this! ~Karen.
