I did the bg first with TH OIs, spritzed with water, spritzed with white acrylic. On top of that bg, I stamped the image first with gray ink. Came back(offsetting the stamp) with VM and embossed in white. It was not the embossing resist technique.

Thanks for playing along, Sallie. I know this wasn't your favorite ever color combo, but you made it sing! I love the splattered background, but what I love the most is the amazing 3-D effect you achieved with the gray ink stamped before the VM and white embossed image. Stunning!

This is beautiful! I originally thought this was die cut until I read your description. I am going to have to try that technique - it's amazing. Love this card!
