PS I uploaded a different photo, so hard to take a picture when there are a lot of shiny things. I think it looks a bit better.
The background was made for that challenge where you put down some hand sanitizer and add ink or Brushos or any water based substance. I can't remember where that challenge was.
I used this cute little angel stencil for the first time. Very small stencil. I got a little heavy handed with the bottom three angels, they're a bit messy. So I'm theorizing that the top angels have been angels longer and the bottom ones are learning from the top ones.
There was a lovely sunrise this morning with some pink clouds so I used the VB paste to make some little clouds and cut up the sentiment to fit. Added some embellishments to the angels with the pens.
I had a conversation long ago with a pastor of the church I worked at about angels. He didn't put a lot of stock into them, which surprised me a little that he would say that. Well, after all, they usually just announce big occasions. Maybe he didn't believe in guardian angels. Not sure how I feel but it's nice to imagine they're around. We need all the help we can get.

Well done...I really like your angels and your theory of why some of them are darker and the upper ones are lighter...ha. I do believe in angels and not just for "big occasions"....

I think it was a MIX from Ky. Yours looks much better than mine turned out. I should try again. That little angel stencil is super, I love the stylized style. And the clouds over each word in the sentiment, very well done.

Jean, you are a master at taking a great quote and making a beautiful card to match it. I just love this because I am a HUGE fan of angels and believe they are around us all the time (I'm just saying..). I love your take on the bottom angels versus the top angels too- it is rather profound! And the pink clouds look great with your cut up sentiment! ~Karen.
