I love trying techniques, and I tried to make my card CAS as well..... But I love the technique and went light handed with it. I used DIstress inks for the technique and Distress Markers for the coloring.

You got a nice result with the distress inks. I wasn't sure about trying them as I never found them great for the monoprints, but this inspires me to give them a go. Nice colours to go with your Indian corn.
