A first attempt at making a gel plate print, with paint, stencil, & stamps! I need more practice! This will go to a friend of mine who is an avid gardener, & loves Fall!
I stamped the sunflower onto the gel print with Really Rust & More Mustard, masked it & stamped the leaves with bundled sage & forest moss. Stamped the center with Rich Cocoa ink, didn't like it, stamped over with Versamark & heat-embossed with the Distressing Powder. Then dotted it with the copper Sharpie.
Stamped the sentiment onto Vellum with the Versamark & embossed with Detail Copper EP.
Tore the edges of all the panels & sponged with Rich Cocoa or More Mustard. TFL!

Liz, this is just gorgeous my friend, and I know your friend will adore this card. I love how you made this using the gelli plate and I am really impressed with the embossing you did on this image that highlights it so very nicely. I cannot do torn edges for all the tea in china, but I sure am admiring your fancy work here. Hugs! ~Karen.
