I got a swap witht his style of card and thought it was so elegant. Someone asked me to make them a wedding card with these colors and I just knew it had to be this style. It looks so much better IRL but you get the idea. I don't know if you can see it but I used white colored pencil to highlight certain parts of the leaves. When you lift up the triangle it reaveals a card inside.

Sorry, I don't even know how to make a template but here is some info for this card.
I took an 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of CS and cut it at the 4 1/4 inch mark--long ways. You should end up with two pieced of paper that measure 4 1/4 X 11. Now take one of those pieces of cs and score it at 5 1/2. On one side of this score you are going to mark the center of it at the bottom (just a small mark) half of 4 - 1/4 = 1 - 5/8. Once you've found the center you will then cut (with your cutter if you can) from the scored corner to the mark you made. You will do this on both sides. If you don't have a cutter you can draw a light pencil line from the corner to your mark and then cut with scissors. After this you just trace your triangel onto a whatever color you are layering and then cut 1/8 inch off of the top (non pointy side) of the triange and one side. Make a larger cut for larger border. Hope this helps.
