This is another entry for the LSC66 to make a flat card. I did this scene several weeks ago for a sketch challenge but tore it in three pieces for the layout. I wanted to do the scene again and felt it could stand alone with no embellishments. I used an artist pen to scketch the trees and used watercolor minis fern to create the leaves and bank of the pond. This is a Penny Black stamp named Water Lily Sking. The face on this mouse is soooooooooooo adorable.

I love all of your work and am trying to improve my coloring skills as you give so much inspiration. When you say you use an artist pen, can you tell me what brand you use? I have micron pens that I use in quilting and wonder if that will work.
