This card is for Bev aka TexasGrammyâs Dare To Get Dirty challenge.
This card is another commission card and the request was for a red and black card with seventy somewhere on it and the recipient was an old âRockerâ
I tried splashing / splattering several different types of card finally settling on 330 gsm rough tooth watercolour paper. I mixed up some black and red acrylic paint drew up some of the paint with disposable pipettes and then dropped paint from about a foot above the paper.
Once this was dry I heat embossed the corner stamps the message and the dancing shoes. I cut several of the Memory Box Amira Flourish die and glued them together. I glued this to the centre of the card on an angle then cut four lots of each numeral and sandwiched them together then cut another set from some red glitter paper and glues that to the top. I then glued the numerals to the centre of the card. I added another splatter panel to the inside of the card and thatâs it.
