Thanks to bugga 66 for the idea for this one. I punched the large circle, using clear thread layered between the tennis balls. I taped to thread ends to the green back of card, using a tennis ball patterned paper to line the back side, covering the tape. When the card is opened, the ball spins. A tip to beginners: cut your lining 1/4 inch smalled than topper, attach with temporary d/s tape, THEN punch out both pieces together...took me much frustration before I figured that out! I punched out two tennis balls, covering with yellow fun flock, putting the clear thread between, then taping together. It is for my state-champion niece!
