My third card using this new-to-me die. (My "guy" birthday card stash grows!) I love how you can change it up with colors and which words you bring focus to.
For this one, I focused on using the negative of the die.
I first die cut from dark blue cardstock. I then attached to a piece of gold mirror card stock. I liked it, but it was still a little plain for my tastes. I still had the big HAPPY letters left over from my other 2 cards, so I chose to inlay just the large happy. I also die cut a matching red star (the inside of a snowflake die from Impression Obsession) to dot one of my "i"s.
With minimal inlaying, this makes for a quick card. And, with these colors, a great "guy" card.
