Here's my inspiration: Missing Cocoa by Vervegirl at Splitcoaststampers
I kept the vertical layout but changed the colors. I went with a trio of daisies instead of an image. I stamped a colored background, not black and white. I dry embossed my center panel to give it texture. I also used black and white instead of gray and white.
Wednesday I stamped with a friend who was babysitting her 7 year old granddaughter. She made cards with us. We made a daisy card where the daisies were stamped and punched out already. My friend put the flowers together, matching the colors. The 7 year old asked if she could MIX the colors. Of course I said. That was in my mind as I made this card this morning. I'm stepping out of the 'grown-up' box that matches colors on flowers. LOL
I stamped the background in yellow then mango melody. Then I stamped and punched out the daisies. I put them together, mixing them, then colored the centers with early espresso marker. I added dimensionals to the daisies and put them on the dry embossed daisy panel. I added the birthday sentiment. I turned my panel a bit, as well.

Daisies are such cheerful flowers and so is your card! I love the small blossoms stamped for the background, the mixedcolors on theoetals and especially the white embossed panel
