A piece of tissue paper was cut the same size as a piece of printer paper and taped with double stick tape across the top to adhere the two together. Another two small pieces were used at the other end in the corners to keep the tissue paper secure at the ends. Photos were chosen and cropped to size using a photo editing program (cropped to the size of candle - this one being 2.8" tall). The printer was set to "NORMAL" print mode, the tissue paper with the printer paper adhered to it was inserted into the paper slot making sure that the tissue paper side would be the one being printed on. The photo was then sent to print. Once the photo printed, it was then removed from the back sheet of printer paper leaving only the tissue paper with the photo on it. The image was cut out around the edges and placed on the candle. Wax paper was laid over the whole candle and wrapped and held tightly as it was heated with the Heat Tool just until you could see that it was melting in together (similar to embossing powder turning). The wax paper was then slowly peeled away to reveal a beautiful stamped “Love It” Celebration candle!

I just realized that the end says "Love It" Celebration Candle. Sorry about that! The directions for making the candles as you finish are all the same, but still I apologize for the mix-up. The end should say "to reveal a beautiful PHOTO CANDLE"
Thanks for looking everyone! And thanks for the wonderful comments on my candles!

This is so cool, I thought that I invented this. I made a candle for my son and his fiance for their engagement. I placed their picture in the middle and wrote the date of the engagement and a little saying at the bottom. Then on the back I put Love Mom and Dad
They absoulutely loved itd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now we are making the Unity candle with the same idea
