Angie introduced us to the delightful Brown Paper Bag site for this week's Inspiration Challenge. So many fun images, so hard to choose! The cute boy in a tire swing reminded me of the Unity girl tire swing stamp.
I stamped, colored and fussy cut the girl. Brushed on ink for the landscape, stamped some grass for texture. Embossed the tree trunk and trimmed to fit. Die cut branches and leaves. Sponged some ink on the tree and did a lot of gluing for the leaves. Tied twine around the branch and swing and adhered the girl with dimensional tape. Added a sentiment to complete. TFL

Carla, your sentiment is so true. I love this fun scene. How great to be a youngster. I like your tree....good work.

Just adorable and true joy in this little scene - beautifully colored and fussy cut on that Unity image - and tying it all together with that twine was the perfect embellishment!

indeed, life's better...fun swinging on a tire swing, or creating the scene!!! I love your tall card with the base widening. This makes me smile today in my bestest tom girl way!
