Here I go again, gluing little flowers, leaves and junk. What am I becoming???? Actually it's fun. Never mind my whining.
I had trouble with the website (yes, I still did, Julia, I think it's because I did something I shouldn't have) so I used the paint brush thumb nail. I've always wanted to find a cruddy old brush and glue interesting things on it. I happen to have several paint brush stamps, experimented a bit with how to represent them, wished I would have put the big one in the center but in the end, it looks fine. First time I've used the little brush and the fresh fig ink, which is a pretty cool color.
For the WT, I did use a stencil with some water...very subtle in the upper right corner but it's there. There are several 'twos' of things for yesterday's MIX: inks, stamp sets, dies for flowers. I used the 'happy spring' sentiment because people start thinking about outside projects, like painting and planting flowers, this time of year.

Hey neighbor...I am laughing at your new artful style of gluing and pasting flowers...somehow I knew you’d have a paintbrush...and not one, but two! The bg is a lovely ethereal mix of shade. So glad you’ve arrived.
I took the cheaters way out and used no inspiration...after getting sideswiped...though the concept is Uber cool.

Beautiful DOX bg - so soft and subtle and the fresh fig elements really look great on it! All those liquid pearl drops are a nice addition to embellish.

Now, this is what I call cool....love the paintbrushes with flowers. I do think a real paintbrush would be awesome decorated that way. Had a laugh about your "Do the Hustle" on my card.

Well I think all your gluing looks wonderful, Jean! All the little flowers are perfect on your purple paintbrushes. And a great reminder to me that I need to start painting the walls of another room.

I totally thought about doing something from that photo but couldn't figure out how to do it. Your version is so pretty and so well done, Jean. GREAT ideas and super cool. Hugz
