For MIX327: It is all about TWOS....
I used:
2 stamp sets
2 mediums: acrylic paint & Copic markers
2+ layers
2+ colors
What a fun challenge, MariLynn! Congrats on your gbaby!!
The background is one of my "brayer cleaning papers" from monoprints with acrylic paints. The gold squares are negative die pieces from a card I made recently with glitter cardstock. Just kind of a crazy idea to stick them on there, but they were on my desk, and I thought, Why not? So I painted her shoes and bag buckle with Gold Nuvo Glitter Pen to match.
It's not a baby card -- but it reminds me of my baby! She's 26.
AND my gbabies from 1300 miles away are coming for TWO WEEKS on Tuesday!!

That abstract bg just grabs me - the older I get the more I am attracted to that type of artwork! Your laid back gal is cute as can be and beautifully colored. Right into my fav's!!

Don't you love the cleaning your brayer pages? I love how you used yours. Mentioning your BABY gets you the bonus points. And what better prize for those points is getting to see those precious grandbabies. I hope you have a wonderful blessed time with them.

I think those little gold squares look great, they suit the feel of your lady. My cleaning pages never look this good but I do almost always get to use the bits at the top and bottom of each page where there was no stencil, just brayering. I like the clean white strip at the side.
