It reminded me of rain so I put in more white lines and added in a lightening bolt at the top. Stamped in some sea grass in black and brown and painted in some white to tone it down a bit. To finish it off, I sponged some Distress Ink all around the edges with a bit more at the bottom.
This is actually the story of our Spring this year - lots of thunderstorms and rain. I am not going to complain though - I know there a lots of places that would love more rain. God knows best.
Many hugz

This is beautiful with the bg and the shadows of the grass. We have been having a cold and wet spring. The farmers are waiting to get their planting done. TFS

I love your stormy weather card, Nancy. That rain is really coming down. I know what you mean about the Bama weather this spring.....rain, rain, rain.

Fabulous rain-looking background...love the blues, greens, and white! The sea grass finishing it off so well...love your white touches. Your sentiment is so perfect for your card design!

What a stunning card, Nancy! Right now we are having a lot of thunderstorms and rain, and we almost always need it here in South Florida. God definitely knows best, and we know we can trust Him in it all! Hugs and love! xoxo
