You are right, Jeanette, it is necessary to use a road map to keep yourself on track. I love the whole study of map making. And a fellow by the name of Dave Imus has spent his life bringing maps to life.
I used Carte Bella's 'World Map' embossing folder as the background. The detailed globe was inked with 'Vintage Sepia' and fussy cut.
The sentiment tag is perfect for the traveler:
We 100% want to SEE THE WORLD, follow a map to its edges AND KEEP GOING. Forgo the plans, trust my instincts, LET CURIOSITY BE MY GUIDE. I want to change Hemispheres. Sleep with unfamiliar stars AND LET THE JOURNEY UNFOLD BEFORE US.
Thank you, Jeanette (Forest Ranger) for reminding me I still have places on my bucket list. How about you? Are there travel dreams held in your heart? Do they have a date....I'd love to hear!
