A big congrats to Angie, the newest Featured Stamper (FS635)! She has a beautiful gallery & I chose THIS to case, mainly because I have the same image. Since I did use the same image, I changed most everything else..the colors, dies & layout.
My card started with a Brusho background I made ages ago. Itâs sort of how I imagine deep space would look & thought it would look good behind this happy little girl, whoâs in her own little world, blissfully swinging from a star. Remember that feeling, as if youâre flying? I put her in my Misti, stamped, colored her w/ Copics then overstamped her. I stamped the greeting on a circle die cut & added a narrow frame. The stars were die cut out of white glitter paper.
Thanks so much for looking. Closeups, Copic colors & product links are on my blog: The Write Stuff

Wow, what an awesome card, Julie! I love the little girl swinging from the stars. The background is perfect for a replica of the outer space and the star die cut is marvelous. Great case of Angie's card. I LOVE the card, Julie!

Swinging on a star. Fab song, but I'll be singing it the rest of today! I love your card with all the circles and stars. That bg is wonderful. Favd.

This is absolutely fantastic Julie! I loved to swing for hours as a child and the thought of swinging from a star just puts a big ole smile on my face. Your galaxy bg is ah-mazing and showcases these die cuts beautifully. You took Angie's wonderful inspiration card and ran with it! Fun! ~Karen.
