A just for fun card. The only thing I wish I'd done differently is calculate the position of the sentiment before stamping the cute fox on the background. Too late...
I started by die-cutting and colouring all the buildings and trees. Then I assembled a landscape with vellum gingham for the background and scraps of green for the foreground. At this stage I added the tall tower and cut some more trees.
I was trying to think what to put in the central space and added this sweet fox who arrived yesterday. Coloured on watercolour paper, the balloons were stamped on vellum. Since I already have several wish/soar cards in my stash I wanted a different sentiment, and managed to fit this one in. Then I decided that the helicopter would work well with the sentiment, so I added it - there's acetate in the windows, and I stamped a tiny little HA animal to put inside. Hung the washing from a linen thread line, and then matted it and used a 6/5" base after making sure that I could make an envelope from 12x12 paper.

You are making such magical cards with that TH cityscape set. I can't imagine how much patience it takes to design, color, and assemble all those little duue cut pieces. The patterns are fabulous on this and I just love the sentiment. Wonderful creation.

What a fun scene with so many adorable details! I love how the fox's balloons are grazing the sentiment, and I love the patterned papers you chose for the hills and sky.
