This is one of my samples for the TLC this week. You'll be able to find it HERE.
I stamped the lanterns once on the background, then coloured them with DOX re-inker, then stamped again. Added all the texture stamps and sentiment, then decided it needed a little more, so I stamped the butterflies on some scraps and added them. Distressed the edges and stuck it to the base.

Oh Sabrina, this is just absolutely gorgeous...love it all and in my faves. Unfortunately I won't be able to post in this weeks faves as we won't be here for a few weeks but please know that it is definitely one of my favourites...LOL....TFS Happy day

Beautiful with the distressed edges, the dimension of the butterflies, the splats of color and Paris post...and plenty of white space...this is a wonderful example of the technique, Sabrina.
