A coworker of mine just lost his dad and all my sympathy cards were just too flowery. This was a good sketch to make a more masculine sympathy card. I embossed the sentiment and the dots in white and just scribbled the squares with Spectrum Aqua markers and then wet them down. I had trouble deciding what to do with this background, but decided to keep it simple with a plain blue paper stamped in Versa Mark with Itty Bitty Backgrounds.
