I went looking for smaller perennial stamps and dies like Olga used but found instead this beautiful large Penny Black stamp that I have not used yet and knew it was what I wanted to use for my card.
I put the stamp in my Stamp Platform and colored the stems first with green and brown Ranger Distress Markers, misted the stamp with water and then pressed onto a piece of water color paper. Then I did the same with yellow, orange and brown Distress Markers for the flowers.
I stamped the sentiment in brown ink and brushed over the flowers with Clear Glitter Wink of Stella so it's really glittery IRL when it hits the light.
Thanks for two lovely challenges this weekend ladies! and congrats to you Olga - you have a lovely floral gallery!!
We've got a 4-8" snow storm hitting us tonight so there may be a day of stamping in my future tomorrow!!??
