Jennifer Mcquire is bad for my budget but oh so much fun to try the techniques of her YouTube Videos.
After watching the linked video I knew I had to at least try the technique. Not having the many of the style of dies that work best with this technique I decided I like the background technique much better than the fussiness of the die cutting.
I will layer my dies for the more dimensional appeal, but I will just cut an extra strip to go across the center of the die instead of taking the extra time to cut with the strip included with the die.
I loved how the Oxide ink when on the panel using the glass mat (any flat glass surface would work) and blending tool.
