I am at my dad's in Chicago helping out after his hip replacement surgery Wednesday so I grabbed some random supplies but that happened to include the one and only bg piece that I had out. It looked pretty Sunrise/Sunsetish already, but was leaning more green around the "sun" so I used Gelatos to change up the colors a bit. Didn't have an orange base along or would have used that for the Free For All challenge, but I used an orange Sharpie to write out my verse. We are praising God for my dad's successful surgery! Joint replacement surgery is a modern day miracle!

I can't imagine this on an orange base - the pink is just AWESOME and pulls out the pink and purple hues in your bg giving the whole card a soft warm glow. Beautifully done with limited supplies.

Love the bright colours and sentiment. I am glad that your Dad's hip replacement surgery went well. I am on the urgent waiting list to have my right hip replaced.

You grabbed the perfect background for the Mix-Ability challenge! Love the art journal feel to the card; it makes me want to add an entry in my journal now!
