For Janelle's MIX216 Array of Sunshine MIXed media challenge. I love the clear pale blue just at sunset, so I got as close to that as I could in my background, and then used sunset colours for my flowers - triggered bu the fact that the pink ones are already on my desk just waiting to cut out. They're all created by swiping white card with DOX inks, then stamping when dry. I added Stickles on all the stamens.
The background was stencilled with Peacock Feathers. I used a basketweave stencil and some texture paste, which I sprinkled with copper EP and heated till it melted. Arranged the flowers over this, and added some foliage. It was cut from a piece of glossy photo paper used to mop up some excess DOX inks recently. I added a birthday sentiment and plenty of white enamel accent dots. Finally I rummaged through a box on my desk and pulled out some old K&Co embellishments, turning them into stickers with my Xyron, because at this stage all I wanted to do was go to bed.

Sabrina, hope that you are feeling better.
This card is so lovely in the vibrant colors you used as your palette. Your cards always have elements that one must seek out....like the dragonflies here. A delight to the eyes.

Sabrina, I am quite concerned about you - this creeping crud seems to be hanging on a long, long time and that is not good . . . This is really pretty - love the bg stencil and the copper embossed texture paste looks amazing as a backdrop for that rainbow of fussy cut flowers. . . a beautiful array!
