Have burgundy base, then the image printed on white that I found on his site, colored sky and some parts of the building, cut out and added to top of card. The bottom is stamped in black for main image, comes with the diamond shape that i used to stamp in each color---got the 2 piece set at convention few years ago. Added stickles to give glitz to as like stained glass window, The sentiment was one saved from pinterest and said use it as is just right for the image---cut with fancy scissors popped on blue paper and cut again and popped on.

I don't know where the skyline is, but I like it with the big ferris wheel in front. Not that I want to try going for a ride on it - I'll enjoy the view from here. Your glass-effect border is really pretty.
