This month Kelly is not only the leader of the Crafters of Faith group, she is also the hostess, which means she chose the Scripture verse and theme for our inspiration.
She shared with the group a photo of a sweet gift her son had given her years ago. It is a rock that is decorated with a cross and the word Faith. She challenged us to use that as our inspiration (along with the Scripture verse I Samuel 2:2) as the inspiration for our card... and yes, we were to have a rock on our cards, too, if I understood the challenge correctly.
I chose to use the Anchor the Soul stamp set from Our Daily Bread because there were rocks by the anchor but also because the sentiment spoke to me of how God is my Rock; my strength in the midst of the worst storms of my life.

Oh my, Jeanette! What a beauty this is! I love the image with the fantastic coloring. The sea and sand background is fab and the anchor strip across it is the perfect finishing touch. Gorgeous card, my friend!

Jeanette, What a fabulous card. I love the texture of your background and the anchors you used. Your image goes perfectly with your sentiment. What an encouraging card.
