Kelli's CAS Challenge today is âeoeMemoriesâe . I love heer suggestion of revisiting a card you made. I enjoy CASEing myself and improving on my old cardsâe"especially my very first cards. Here is one of the very first cards I made in June, 2015. I thought it was so great. LOL! I've come a long way in three and a half years thanks to all of you and your amazing cards and all of the money that you've convinced me to spend (more about that tomorrow...).
So for this card instead of using colored cardstock, I went with white and used my Stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp this cute elephant stamp all over the onesie. This is one of my newer stamps that hasn't seen ink yet, so it qualifies for my New Year's resolution of using new stamps. Then I stamped one elephant on another piece of white and colored him quickly with my Spectrum Noirs. Instead of punching trim for the onesie, I just used a black Sharpie for the edges to make trim. I'm realizing now that I forgot to add buttons. Maybe I will draw some on. Or maybe I will just leave it.

I love that you made this one an elle print fabric, that is very cool. (and ohmygosh you have only been stamping 3 years?!?! WOW you go girl) (psst... the shopping doesn't ever really stop but, it does go through stages of what you collect as far as I can tell)

so adorable Jen. It is so fun to look back and see where we are now, how our likes change and styles too.

Happy New Year!!

You've taken me down memory lane! I made baby shower invitations for my niece 15 years ago with a similar template - each one hand cut! I love the elephant theme, and glad to hear you also pulled out an "old" tool as well; I still use my Stampa-ma-jig occasionally, even with the stamp platforms available now.
