I love using Gold Foil on cards, but forget how difficult it can be to get a good photo of them! I cased Melody's Masculine Birthday. Melody is today's Featured Stamper!
I used Night of Navy for the base, and Gold Foil cut with the Rectangle Stitched Framelits for a beautiful border. There's an Early Espresso die cut of the tree that I added for depth and then layered on Vellum. The Carte Bella (or is it Bella Carte?) paper was already gorgeous, and by adding rhinestones to the snowflakes the card was finished.

Love this beauty! The gold foil looks so good! I know all about trying to photograph it from my experiences this morning
I think the vellum is the perfect accent for this card. It's just stunning!
Wow! What a beautiful care of Melody's card. I love your gold tree and the vellum is perfect to showcase it. I am always excited to make gold cards and then always regret it when trying to get good photos. I really don't see any issue with your card as it shows perfectly in the photo.

Oh my, I had to go back and look at your beautiful card, because I missed the espresso diecut of the tree. It adds a super dimension to your focal. This is a lovely case. And nice to see your work in the gallery today.
