The splatters in the sky were made with white acrylic paint to look like snow...(which they are calling for today). The Bitty Sparkles were white embossed and added to the middle of some of the snowflakes. Thanks so much for looking!

What a wonderful winter scene and beautifully even spattering for the snow.i know that's not quite the right word as it's irregular...I guess I mean that you can always tell which direction I spattered from, and I can't at all tell on yours. The shadowed trees in the background look great too.

A beautiful country Christmas card, Cathy! Gorgeous! Great splatter! Yes, today's snow is probably going to hurt my chances of getting home from Wisconsin tonight.

Love this card and that wonderful sky you created with your splatters. What wonderful use of the texture tiles (you are enabling me). Love the sentiment and just the complete card.

This is gorgeous on the kraft and the spattered snow really makes a statement. That checked border has the warm fuzzy look of flannel which is perfect for winter weather.

This is a beautiful winter scene, Cathy, with your splattered snow and pretty trees. I also love your stitching, the red and white gingham and your snowflakes.

Love, love love this card, every detail! The plaid and twine are so cozy, the white embossed trees and snow are lovely against the Kraft card stock, and the little deer in the foreground are a sweet touch. Beautiful hymn lyrics. Faved.
