Stamped the butterfly and masked. stamped off the BG stamp then stamped it over the butterfly for a lighter yellow BG around the butterfly. Embossed the yellow, trimmed with ribbon, added gems and finished off with the sentiment.
I would love it if you would check out my Blog: Shoe Girls Cards.
Thank you for looking!

So fun to see your beautiful photo, Lisa...it is great to see who makes all these terrific cards. This is so pretty with only half of the butterfly as the main image. Beautiful card.

Oh, I so agree with Francie about it being great to see who is making the wonderful cards as Shoe Girl! This card is another wonderful card with the gorgeous SU Swallowtail and lovely background, Lisa. The ribbon, border die cut, and gems are great embellishments!

Sweet Lisa girl I still grin every time I see your beautiful photo and think of you playing on the dirt pile for the next 6 months. All of your creations are wonderful, and the card above is no exception.

What a beautiful monochrome card, Lisa. I love that stamp but find it hard to use because it's so big. The softer stamped-off background really gives a feeling of depth.
