I made the background applying the oxide ink pad onto an acrylic bloc and misted with water, applied the paper dried and hit the paper in the left over several times.
I stamped the ornament and highlighted parts with the white gel pen, stamped the sentiment and die cut the snowflake garland out of navy blue linen, finally added some crystal nuvo drops

Beautiful! Firstly love blue and white together always, second the background looks awesome. The snowflake garland is a great touch. Beautifully done all around.
