Tried the Marker Marbling Challenge today. I had to make several backgrounds before I got the water misting just right. It was fun trying something new to me.
After background dried, I stamped on the Oriental scene with Versafine and then colored images with Prismacolor colored pencils. I added a little glitter with Stickles on flowers and tree.

I love the Oriental scene stamped into your marbled sky (brings back so many memories of days gone by for me) the bit of Stickles adds a nice sparkle to the whole pic like morning dew!

I think it took me at least three goes, and a couple more confirmed to me that I preferred a softer look. Wow, this is fabulous, almost like an impressionist painting in the background. I know it's oriental with that tiered pagoda roof but it reminds me of Monet's garden.
