This is one of the cards I made as a sample for this week's WTUI challenge, which you will be able to find HERE. See the challenge post for a link to the tutorial I used.
I found it hard to get a good picture of this, and as I wanted to mail it this morning, it's too late to keep on trying. I used MariLynn's tutorial to create my leaves, cutting them with IO dies and rubbing them with Craft-T metallic rub-ons. I stamped the verse and then manually embossed parts of the leaf ef to create a frame around it. I rubbed them lightly with Versamark and buffed in some Perfect Pearls in pearl, just to highlight the embossing. I added some little scraps of gilding flakes for autumnal shimmer. Last minute addition, I stamped and pieced a tiny little ladybug down at the bottom.

Your leaves look amazing, Sabrina! I was reading on Pinterest different ways to color leaves. Interesting ideas.....I really should try using Perfect Pearls. Haven’t used them in years!

Gorgeous leaves and love all the textures Sabrina. I know what you mean about needing to get a quick picture and not getting a good one. It still looks amazing in this picture.
