I have now distributed my ripped-apart old (2013) fish shaker card which didn't shake properly (the fish was loose and kept getting stuck on a seed bead and not moving) across three cards, all that's left on my desk is a dish with the beads.
According to my upload, the frame, which was the shaker front, was created using Scalloped Squares, sponged with Vintage Photo, doodled with a brown marker and decorated with Liquid Pearls. I started off by making my tropical flower swag using assorted scraps, and my toucan who is cut from watercolour paper and coloured with several layers of Inktense pencil. Then I went riffling through my background box to find something to put behind the frame, and ended up with this reject from the crayon resist TLC a couple of months back. This part was fine, but I'd stamped little sprigs in the grassy part at the bottom and they didn't look good. The sunny top half fit perfectly behind the frame. It looked good on a plain white base but I went for stamping a script background in grey. The little yellow flowers have prills for the centres, and the tiny red ones have gold Stickles.
