I decided to try my hand again at the ink pad swiping technique to try to get a more beachy looking card for the Teapotter challenge. I swiped the blues along the top and the browns along the bottom and a touch of Sugarplum filled in. I did a little stamping in the BG with the water and sand stamps.

This turned out beautifully! So peaceful and tranquil looking. I just sent you a PM, I hope you'll take part in the swap because it's always possible to squeeze one later card on (gets more complicated when there's more than one, though!).

Michelle, I was so thrilled to find this in my mailbox today! And honored to receive your first teapot tickle!
It's even more gorgeous in real life! And I was trying to figure out how you did the background--it came out great! Thanks so much for the butterfly die cuts. I don't have any good butterfly dies, so those will be put to good use

Your swiping was perfect to make this gorgeous card. The bit of stamping you did made it even more realistic. I love it.
