For the inside of this 16th birthday card, I wanted it to look as festive as the envelope, so I used various banners from the Taylored Expressions "Skinny Mini Party Borders" set on the LH corner of the inside of the card in red, green, and yellow fun foam, and as I did on the front corner of the envelope with triangular banners, on the v-flap side of the envelope, I used the tassel banner cut red, green, and yellow fun foam. On the RHS of the inside of the card, I die-cut a "Happy Birthday" die in Ben's favorite color of blue, the closest I had in fun foam to try and match the Pacific Point blue I had used on the front of the card. At the bottom RH side, I die-cut the same Tonic Studio's Invite Insert set, Celebration Candles in red fun foam.
It was my goal to create a festive birthday card for my much-loved nephew Ben on the occasion of his 16th birthday, a card that was also cool, and I hope that I succeeded in keeping this masculine card cool yet fun and festive.
Thanks so much for taking the time and trouble to view my card. It is a joy to be a part of this great, supportive community at SCS, and I appreciate so much all that I learn from so many of the members here. When you leave a comment, you absolutely make my day!

The inside is really cool and festive too and just right for a young man celebrating a very special birthday. Great job! I am putting this into my favorites folder for future inspiration. ~Karen.
