Great site, Julie. Here is my inspiration: https://abeautifulmess.com/2016/03/f...frame-diy.html
The floating and using Brusho with cling wrap is why I chose this piece.
Sprinkled Blue Brusho on watercolor paper. Sprayed water on the wrinkled cling wrap and laid on the paper.
Layered Vellum on top to give a mirror frosted look.
Added sentiment and butterfly.
To try to make it look like floating, I added two layers of dimensionals to the back.
This also fits Fridays challenge to use cling wrap. This time it was used for a background. TFL

Such a pretty card with the cling wrap technique, Carolyn. I love using that or foil for making wonderful backgrounds...so fun. Great job with the inspiration you used.

The vellum adds such a nice frosted look. You did a great job using this technique. I have never used brushoes, but your lovely card makes me want to buy some.
