I crackled the Sizzix TH birdcage die after cutting it on Grunge paper. I colored the birds from the Stampers Anonymous TH Crazy Birds stamps. I did ink the edges of the cage and sentiment (from Judikins) with distress ink.

Congratulations on your first upload to Splitcoaststampers, and what a fabulous retirement card with these Crazy Birds! I love how you've shown the "retired" bird out of the cage! Funny, and it's wonderfully made with the perfect sentiment! I love it and am sure the retiree will as well.

Oh, I am sure that bird is glad to be out of the "work cage". What a great card for a retiree. Your cage looks great. Welcome to the gallery.

OK, now I have the Queen song (I Want to Break Free) in my head! Cute idea for a retirement card, love how the bird out of the cage has an expression that suggests trying to decide what to do next - great card! Welcome to the gallery!
