I had this piece left over from another challenge. I was going to try the ghosting technique, but I guess it has to be done right away after inking. So I wiped off the trees and decided to stamp again in Archival Black, then clear embossed.
Stamped sentiment and cut ends with scissors to look like banner.

Your bg is wonderful ans soooooo pretty. soft lovely colors. Perfect for behind the trees....well done...TFs..:0)...Will have to check out the ghosting technique...:0)
