Trick: Use your markers to make a faux background match on images you are cutting out. For example, on this card, I colored the same color as the background between the slats on the swing. This tricks the eye into seeing what it expects to see there. Sure beats leaving them white or cutting them out!
The swing hangs from the top of the card and actually swings. There are two pennies taped on the back for weights.

So sweet! I love your clouds, white swing and lovely pillows. My parents have one of the bed swings that are popular right now. Every time we visit them, we all pile on it. Your card makes me think of how much we like that swing. So relaxing and peaceful. a good place to think and swing with the family.

I want a porch swing SO bad, I need to start campaigning for one to my husband. The image is so pretty and homey, makes me want to hop on with a good book and a cold drink!
