To begin I cut Neenah Solar White 110 lb to an A2 size card and one panel of size 5.5 inches by 4.75 inches. For the front panel I cut a frame using one of the frame dies from Mama Elephant and cut an oval inset using Hero Arts Nesting Oval dies. I aligned the panel to the front of the card stock and placed the oval die and cut the front panel so that the panel is see through. For the second panel, I scored the piece at .5 inches so that it matches the dimensions of an A2 sized card and then cut another A2 sized panel from Neenah Solar White 90 lb and ran it through my die cut machine on embossing settings using the Folk Dance Stencil from Simon again. I adhered the panels onto the card.I stamped and white heat embossed the flowers and MOM from the Mom and Dad Icons set and watercolored them using my Daniel Smith watercolors. I cut the flowers out using my scissors to give the card some dimension and make it look like they are clustered up closely. I cut the MOM using the coordinating die cuts and placed it on the middle panel aligned neatly. I embellished the card with some rainbow jewel mix from Pretty Pink Posh.
