Very easy technique that is so beautiful. For those who live where the temp dips so low that rain/slush falls onto the road making the road look very shiny/wet know the name Black Ice very well. Very dangerous to drive on. Name comes from clear ice over the top of roads. It is transparent so the black road underneath makes it look black. You use foil for this technique with archival black ink dragged across it until your happy. Let it dry fully before you move forward. stamp whatever image(s) you want with the archival ink and let that dry fully. Then barely dragging versamark over the top of that so you can heat emboss the clear embossing powder. You do not want to push the versamark pad down hard. Just let the weight of the pad drag across. The embossing powder will have parts of it without and that is what you want. The foil gives you the shine. The black and clear embossing gives you the shiny icy road effect. It's a very quick and easy tecnique.
