I was looking through my card/papers yesterday and remembered this musical one - perfect for today's challenge - uplifting quotes. I cut the paper to show as much of the rose corner as possible and die cut the circle. I cut the same again in scrap ivory and glued together for rigidity. I distressed the edges to give a sense of time passing ... I stamped the quote on the reverse of the paper and glued into place - popping the panel up with foam pads. No bling ... I'm letting the bird sing!

The aperture framing really brings the focus onto the sentiment - although it (mine anyway) goes back to the bird again. Beautiful paper, Sandie - certainly no need for anything else on this card.

Sandie, this is such perfect DSP to illustrate your quote that it certainly didn't need anything else to embellish it - I am particularly drawn to the music score in the bg ( I usually sit down at the piano to see if they actually are a recognizable tune.)
