I made the background by taking a Silhouette cut file called Celtic Border - replicated it several times and welded it together to make one piece.
The sentiment is a beautiful Irish blessing called May Your Troubles and is from I Brake For Stamps. I embossed it in gold. Perfect not just for a wedding, but for a new home, baby or birthday. I used shimmery white cardstock - very pretty but hard to tell in the photo,
